Joe Kapp has been in the real estate business since 1973. Joe has worked with buyers and sellers to establish market value in buying and selling property, obtaining financing, re-financing, construction loans and take out loans. Joe has also done feasibility studies and market surveys for acquisition of land and partially completed projects. He is experienced in residential income, commercial and industrial, but his primary focus is residential real estate.
Since 1988, Joe has owned and operated Joe Kapp Real Estate providing sales, appraisals, and property management services. Prior to founding Joe Kapp Real Estate, Joe was co-owner and general manager of Gold Key Realtors from 1976 to 1988. Joe worked as the Office Manager for MaCelhenny Levy Realtors from 1975 to 1976 and in sales for California Oaks Realtors from 1973 to 1974.
Joe is a California State Licensed Appraiser, Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Sales Person. Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree from San José State University in 1972. Joe was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Army in 1968.

Ken Barone has been in the real estate business in Ventura, CA since 1978. Ken started out with Gold Key Realtors as a full-time summer agent and part-time agent during the rest of the year while teaching and coaching in high school and on the college level.
Ken's resume includes coaching at Rio Mesa High School, Newbury Park High School, Ventura College, and for two years as an assistant basketball coach at UCLA.
Ken has resided in Ventura for the last 37 years and married to his wife, Marian, for 43 years. His two daughters, Becky and Cristy, were raised and educated here in the Ventura school system, and the Barones proudly have ten grandchildren. Ken graduated from Western State College of Colorado in 1961 and received his Master of Science Degree from Arizona State University in 1962.
Ken has worked with both buyers and sellers over the years and is knowledgeable in the many facets of the real estate industry. Now that Ken has retired from teaching, he is a full-time agent with Joe Kapp Real Estate. Coach Barone is always available for your real estate needs.

Ann Hudson knows that "location, location, location" is important in real estate, but also wants her clients to know that "communication, communication, communication" is also important.
Ann will help you in selling and buying homes and mobile homes. She takes pride in keeping her clients abreast of what is going on during the buying and/or selling process, which is why many of her clients come back to her for a second or third transaction. After practicing for 8 years in Tucson, Arizona, Ann brought her practice to Ventura. 2007 is Ann's 10th year as a licensed California Agent. She has taken many continuing education credits, spent many hours in classrooms, and many years on the job to further her knowledge and better serve her clients. Specializing in the city of Ventura, Ann also sells in Ojai, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme.
Ann's husband, a retired educator, is her assistant in her real estate practice. They have 6 grown children, and 5 grandchildren. Ann and her husband love to travel (especially to Hawaii), camp, ride bikes, and spend time with their family. Ann enjoys photography and has started "Visions of California", and "Visions of Hawaii" two entrepreneurial businesses celebrating the beauty of California and Hawaii using her photographs. Ann recently completed 4 years as a member and officer on the Board of Directors of Rancho del Rey Christian Center in Oak View, now known as Forest Home Ojai Valley.
